The view and location are excellent. Quiet. Very nice rooms, bathrooms and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room . Everything very clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Safe. Good parking area.

Some of the window's can't close properly to get the monkeys out. The refrigerator doesn't have all the drawers and racks. Handsoap in bathroom doesn't work properly. No extractor in ensuit . Fan in first room works only on top speed. Casserole's bottom is gone. Only the lid in cupboard.

The view is amazing. It feels a lot like home. Easy access to restaurants. The beds were comfy. The shower was lovely. The privacy was much appreciated. It was peaceful.

An aircon would be nice as the fans were not really cooling. There is a communal laundry room, but if the unit had its own washing machine and dryer it would be great. The pool water could be a little warmer on cooler days.

Location of the unit was great and the space inside the unit was great. It was clean and the Cleaning company was very good with responding to issues, the pool at the complex was clean

The unit is riddled with damp and mold, and musty. We didn't sleep in the main bedroom Due to the musty smell. Walls showed damp coming through the cupboards in main room moldy, the curtains had spots of mold the oven glove had mold spots even the plastic. Chopping board had mold and for this reason I have rated it under. For the price we paid per night this is unexceptable hygiene. I unfortunately couldn't change the booking as I had my elderly parents with me. We used the apartment to least spent all time outdoors and slept at night. Apparently the owner is aware of the issue but hasn't resolved it. I would not book this unit until they have cleared the mold and damp issue.
