Location was great, next to shops and the beach. The pool area was also good, nice place to rest and relax. The unit was also lovely, giving one a nice view of the beach.

Great location, beautiful view!! Comfy rooms and facilities. Spacious apartment 😁
No Laundry facilities - all machines out of order.
Clothing drying rack broken.
NO DISHWASHER as stated.
Elevator was out of order for 2 days.
Freezer drawers broken.
Kitchen not well equipped.
Not enough towel and bathroom mat exchange/replacement for a long stay. Cominication with renting agency not well.
No information regarding area, shops, takeaways or cleaning services.
Beach nice for small kids, but no swimming beach for waves.
Closest swim beach is Ballito or Umhlanga.

It was clean, well stocked cutlery and crockery, clean linen, shower towels and extra blankets. Loved the extra blankets because it did get a bit cold.
Nothing honestly. A heater for winter would be awesome.
