Umdloti Perna 2 No 5

The apartment is even nicer in person! The pictures are beautiful, but seeing it for yourself, it’s such a lovely, cosy and comfortable space. The location is fantastic, with the beach just across the road, making it so convenient to enjoy the beautiful Umdloti coastline. It was just my husband, our son and myself, so the apartment was actually much bigger than we needed! The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was clean, and David had the kitchen very well equipped, even though we were on a no-pots holiday! 😂 We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here.

The only issue we experienced was arriving back from the beach ready to shower and finding that there was no water, with no prior warning. However, as soon as I contacted David, he immediately prioritised the issue and kept us informed. We were also told that the water issue affecting the wider Umdloti area was quite extensive, and thankfully it was resolved fairly quickly. We really appreciated how responsive David was in handling it

I liked how clean it was and how the surrounding area is peaceful.

The fact that the reception closes too early

I really loved the view and spaciousness of the property

They need to work on their customer service. We ubered to the accommodation only to find the keys were at the SPAR up the road, with luagge and suitcases this was not the most seamless experience. Inside the apartment there is no toilet paper, no bin bag not even a dish liquid. Managed to sort ourselves out as everything is walkable

Near the beach

No Aircons in bedroom and it is very hot
