View and location. Nice and clean beaches. nice breakfast / lunch restaurant. Close to Ballito and Umshlanga.
Stairs. Lift did not work 4x. Cameras inside unit. A bit intrusive. Did not have hot water for 3 days. Thermostat had to be replaced. Not allowed to braai on Balcony. Balcony lights did not work.

The view was amazing and location very good
The accommodations facilities were outdated and old. It could of been cleaned better and more hygienic. Some of the lights were not working. The kettle was rusted on the inside. Some of the balcony railings were broken which was unsafe for our son to be alone outside. The sliding door was broken which led to the monkeys breaking in and stealing all our food and destroying and messing the place which we had to clean. Ended up been more stressful staying there. The apartment could be better maintained
