Very responsive host Collected all our info ahead to make estate “immigration” easier. Immigration brings safety but it has downsides. Home is large and spacious Views from living area Cleaner (except Sunday) Location close to Bushbuck Club and within Zimbali which is lovely if you want to walk or run in the area. Also access to pools which is lovely.

- To get in and out is like going through passport control/immigration. Not just once. Every time. - 40km and 25km Speed limits in the estate with cameras everywhere with the aim to hit you with R400 fines. - You cant get Checkers60sixty or UberEats deliveries to the home without requesting a code from the owner every time. This is especially terrible because the owner provides almost no amenities (see below). - It takes 10+ mins to get from the house out the exit each time!. - Host surprisingly not aware of facilities we could use. Kept redirecting us to the Welcome Centre. - Can’t use bushbuck padel courts. Can’t use bushbuck gym. Only for residents or Capital hotel stayers. - Furniture is tired. Beds are a 6/10 at best. Linen needs refresh. - Almost no amenities. Bring almost everything yourself. No shower gel. No salt or pepper. No cooking basics. Cheap coffee (Ricoffy?!) despite a bean coffee machine. - This place has potential but the owner is seemingly scraping from the barrel.

I liked the space of 6 ensuite bedrooms, large rooms and high ceilings. The location to the pools and beautiful beach.

The driveway was too steep for a car. The golf cart usage requires a further R5000 breakage deposit. You have to produce paperwork, 🆔 documents for every adult every time you enter or leave. The monkeys are a bit of a nuisance. You can't open the sliding doors without guarding the house from monkeys.

The location was excellent 👌Heated pool close to the restaurant was the absolute highlight! Owners' response to requests was excellent 👌 Excellent communication!

House was not cleaned as expected, poor cleaning services, we had 6 Toddlers and were very concerned about hygiene...rooms smelt stuffy ,beddings was not fresh, one room aircon unit was not in working order after asking beforehand... Pool deck was unsafe and we did not use...cobwebs noted in rooms, lizard droppings as well... Just unsatisfactory when you look at the money spent...
