The ironing board. Delay in response from host, toaster was tripping the main switch, widows were not easy to open, there was no ice tray

Really liked the modern and cosy apartment decor
It is super noisy all times of the day (people partying, kids crying, people arriving with noisy suitcases, car alarms going off etc) and it was extremely difficult to connect with Propr - the management system that our host uses and the communication is just terrible as it seems like you are talking to a robot the entire time that has no clue what your request really is!
