The bedding used was not quite clean

All good and staff was very helpful 👍

Great comfortable and cozy apartment.

The TV is not centred to the couch so watching can get a little awkward besides that everything is great.

The facilities were good. It was very quiet. The general service staff were also amazing. Very considerate. The gentleman on desk/reception duty on the night of 27th was exceptionally kind and tried his best to accommodate me. I just didn’t get his name, sadly.

A lady by Ragini, who I believe works for the Managing Agent, was completely terrible. She does not pay attention to detail so conversations are a pain. The ultimate letdown was me informing her that the TV needs to be configured as the audio is not coming through, she sarcastically asked me if I did put it on mute. She then ignored me from there. Only for me to call an hour later and ask her if anyone will be coming and she went on a tangent about me using my own Netflix, which had nothing to do with my initial request. Long story short, I didn’t get to enjoy the unit much as the cleaners only came the following morning to look at the TV and an hour later of them fiddling with the TV I asked them to give up as I needed to get ready. Such a pity because the Unit was great but I doubt I’ll book facilities managed by Agents. It’s best to deal with owner. More care, attention and respect is afforded to you.
