Property inside Zimbali estate, access to all restaurants at the Capital
No direct access to the beach have to rely on transport to a place far away and have to wait and call to get fetched back, very inconvenient, why not issue a card to access the beach directly like any visitor in Zimbali

The location is absolutely beautiful. I loved how close the property is to the Stingray cafe, beach club & valley of pools. There’s a shuttle
Response rate from the host. But we eventually got it right. Guests must be told they can also request access codes from reception

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was immaculately clean. Pools are amazing and clean. The room service is a huge perk.
There were no halal mocktail options nor food. Only one keycard. Bedding had a smell like it didn't dry properly.
