322 on Boulevard, Unit 2, Zimbali Lakes Resort

The apartment is modern and we loved that. We enjoyed having meals on the patio with the outdoor setting provided. Location not too bad, as it is also a short drive to the convenient store (Spar). Check-in was okay and access to the apartment was easy too. The working station (study nook) upstairs came in very handy to catch up on work emails & meetings. The place was safe and the security guards at the main entrance were kind and professional in all our going in and out of the complex. The host responded promptly and was reachable via text.

Some ants in the kitchen, but mainly because other occupants had left sugar basin/bowl on the kitchen counter which attracted the ants. The dishwasher was there but not connected and still needed plumbing, etc. This should not be advertised as feature if one cannot benefit from its use. Both bathrooms feel like confined spaces. Some issues with the aircon but the host had made us aware and there were aircon guys onsite to try and resolve the matter. The block of the apartments is adjacent to the main road and that can rob off some tranquility when in any of the three bedrooms. The pictures seem to allude to a private pool for the unit but instead there actually a communal pool on the roof top. It was clean and the time we had spent there, we were the only ones.

Our stay was perfect. The host was very helpful with all our queries and that was a very good experience for us. We loved how hands on and accomodating the host was. The pictures match the entire vibe of the unit. What you see is what you get.

Upstairs aircon was not cooling Lots of ants on the kitchen counter

It’s peaceful and clean. Very specious and airy. The host was amazing and very helpful. Will be going back for sure!

Main bedroom air conditioner not working. But that did not disturb my stay much as it was a cool day. Everything else was just perfect. I will I stayed longer.

The place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It's great if you looking to get away from the hustle and bustle.

I didn't like that I needed to check in at a place outside the accommodation area and I also didn't like that I wasn't allowed to have visitors.
