Everything was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcome. The security at Ballito Manor was strict and professional, which made us feel very safe, but at the same time the staff were friendly, respectful, and had excellent manners. This was the case both at the entrance to the building and at the beach access. The apartment itself was spotless, very neat, fresh-smelling, clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It was also very comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely and relaxing vacation. Thank you for your hospitality and for providing such a beautiful place to stay. We truly appreciated it and would gladly recommend Ballito Manor to others.

The only concerns we had during our stay were related to noise and the behaviour of some other guests. On the Friday evening, there were people on the third floor who had a braai and played very loud music. It was quite noisy and disturbed the peaceful atmosphere. The evening before we left, there were also people watching soccer. They were drinking and smoking, the television was very loud, and there was shouting and screaming. When we walked to the lift, we noticed cigarette butts lying on the tiles in front of the lift. We understand that people are on holiday and want to enjoy themselves, but this behaviour was unpleasant and did not match the otherwise excellent standard of Ballito Manor. The building itself, the apartment, and the staff were wonderful, but we feel that noise levels and smoking in shared areas should be better controlled.

Great location. Always clean and comfortable.

Air-conditioning needed a service when we were there last time. No clear instructions on how to operate air-conditioning systems. No DSTV, you expect all this when staying at a location like Ballito Manor, otherwise I would specify in the description that it is not there.
