6 La Toinette

The beds were comfy, nice shower, close to the beach for an evening stroll, very peaceful. Had aircons in all 3 rooms, there was enough cutlery, new cups and plates, everything looked good. We had lights in every room and bathroom working perfectly, no complaints. They had liquid soaps and we had a nice stay.

I didn't like the cars of unknown PPL parking in front of the entrance pedestrian gate or half naked beachgoers dressing in clear sight of the gate to the house, as they returned from a swim at the beach. It was not unavoidable as it is the pathway road to the beach ,The hawkers selling hats at the beach walk up and down ,so I always kept the trellis gate locked to the house for safety reasons. The maid didn't sweep the floors properly and their check-in time is very late at 3 pm onwards for the maid to clean the house spotless, however,I think the maid doesn't clean as expected as there was dirt in some places and I was irritated by that, as I wanted to check in earlier but was told the maid cleans till 3pm but the house floors was still untidy and not mopped or vacuumed as expected. She also left a filthy plunger with mold on the sink that looked unsightly and disgusting. Get a better maid to clean properly. Check in time should be from 2 pm and check out is at 10 am. I feel you don't get enough time to enjoy the facilities. WiFi was fast but we didn't get to watch DStv as we were out and about.

Loved the location of the unit. Very central and great access to the beach. Loved the area as well.

No dish cloth only drying cloth

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was clean, neat, and well maintained. Coffee, sugar, milk, and toilet paper were provided exactly as advertised, which was greatly appreciated. The braai area was cleaned after each use, making it a pleasure to use throughout our stay. The only disappointment was that the cleaner, who was supposed to service the apartment during the week, did not arrive. We were under the impression that weekday cleaning was included, as this was part of what we paid for. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable stay.

The location is awesome right by the beach

The amenities. Microwave rusted. No proper utensils. No braai. Beds were very uncomfortable. Lounge seating also uncomfortably.
