Ocean Club A2 Zimbali Lakes

The place is lovely and cozy, we loved it a lot.

I think because we had the unit at the bottom, we had no signal. We used the wifi but couldn't make or receive calls, to make calls we had to walk up the road.

I liked the place it looks good inside and no so much good outside. The pool area looks great and the club house except that an aircon is highly recommended at the club house area. I like the privacy in your room.

I was not told that i would have to go collect the keys in the opposite direction of where i would be staying. I only found out about the keys when i was already at the venue and had to drive back to go collect the keys. They quickly deducted the security fee and to this day i have not received my refund, i checked out on the 23rd March 2026 and today is 08 April 2026 still waiting. No microwave in a self-catering apartment and that is bizarre. No carpet in the lounge and bedroom. We could not locate the outdoor bin for our convenience. We stayed 3 nights and needed a cleaning service which was not available or offered to us.
