There’s no hairdryer

Modern decor. Clean & uncluttered with no fussy nick-nacks. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Large ceiling fan in open plan lounge operated with a remote. Spotless bathrooms with hand wash provided. 2 Body Boards in cupboard of main bedroom. Kitchen is very well stocked with crockery & cutlery, place mats and serving dishes as well as other equipment that one might unexpectedly need eg. whisk, tongs, scissors, Chinese fan (for the communal braai I assume). Disk soap & wash cloths provided. Washing machine & tumble drier (we did not use). Fully functional hob, under-counter oven and microwave oven, kettle toaster, bread holder. Spare Q20, insect repellent, ash trays (for use outside as this is a non smoking unit). Large fridge/freezer with 2x 6 egg holders, cold water dispenser & large vegetable drawer. Didn’t use freezer and didn’t check if there are ice cube holders. Front apartment gate (off the corridor) is monkey proof.

There is no air flow in the kitchen unless one opens the windows which do not have monkey proof burglar guards & I prefer not to have our cooking smells pervading the corridor. It gets extremely hot and stuffy in the kitchen if one is cooking and more so if the oven is being used at the same time. I suggest a desk/counter fan as a quick fix or a ceiling fan as the hob is electric and not gas. Locks do need a bit of Q20 due to the sea air but it’s provided. I suggest that before a booking when the cleaning service comes in that they spray all the external locks. Please can you also get Sunlight dish soap as the cheap alternative being used is not as efficient and provide scourers as well as the wash cloths. Unfortunately the communal swimming was not available for use during our stay - unsure why.
