The Location was great, amazing views, spacious, very at home. Convenient location, easy access to the beach, clean neat, professional, great security, beautiful gardens. Friendly residents.
Monkeys - can't open the windows, but the fans and aircon helps.Little bits of mold on bathroom grouting and ceiling needs some attention, but not too bad.

Location was perfect- and the view was lovely- very close to restaurants and shops- the kitchen was very well supplied- we had everything we needed. Vanessa was great and accepted feedback on the unit with grace and said the observations would be looked into.
The access to the unit is definitely not for the elderly and disabled.There are 30 steps from the 2nd floor parking before you get to the funicular and then another 6 steps to the passage for the unit.It is very difficult for the elderly- able bodied people have no problem-you just have to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs to reach the lift/funicular which is fascinating as it runs slowly up to the higher units- very interesting. The parking is also very tight for larger cars but most places have the same problem.

Location is perfect with good facilities
The noise rules are ridiculous - one can't have a conversation between 3 friends after 22h00, it's like a retirement village or boarding school.
