We loved everything about this place.

Not one thing every thing was 100%

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

The Location is superb and the apartment was big, had all everything I needed. easy access, friendly owner and cleaner.

Unfortunately the apartment floor was dirty on arrival, there was a used hair brush in main bedroom drawer, a used face cloth in bathroom 1 and a used shaving razor in bathroom 2. One of the bedrooms had a stained duvet cover and no pillow cases on the pillows, 1 of the pillows with no pillow case is old and stained. The sugar pot was dirty on the inside, and the tea pot contained 1 soiled bag, I bought my own sugar, coffee and tea. I could not get the TV to work "DSTV" for the 3 nights I spent, and the Wi-fi also didn't work. Used my own internet. I reported the housekeeping issue to owner who was very friendly, sent a cleaner the next day. The Brush, facecloth and shaving razor was not removed, but she was also very friendly and washed the floor, I only discovered on departure that the broom and mop is kept in the separate room on the balcony. I travel a lot and would like to suggest bed lamps, even if just 1 per room. and a two point plug. I had to charge my phone away from my bed, as I never travel with a 2 point, there was access but only in the lounge and Kitchen. There is mildew in the on suite bathroom, I have asma and avoided it completely. Two chairs in bedroom 1 and 2 had loose legs, not safe to sit on. I am merely reporting this so that the owner can improve, and offer an overall good experience.
