The outside area around the Jacuzzi could be better. The front door has been broken for the last 3 months. Not sure if it is repaired now.

We made 2 separate bookings which included 1 complimentary cleaning service with each booking, which we paid for. Rightfully, on tthe check out day of the first booking, the place was supposed to be cleaned, as if new tenants were checking in. We got the first cleaning service, but not the second, except for the day we were checking out. The Jacuzzi, as amazing as it is, was not cleaned for 6 full days. Nor was any instructions in how to clean and refill it given. Needless to say, it was not used from the 3rd day onwards. What a waste.
