This is a great place to stay in Florence. It is easily walkable to all the major sites and great food. It is more of a classic room rental than a guesthouse, including self check-in and a lot of stairs. Breakfast is not included but there are great breakfast places steps away. The neighborhood is lively at night. I mention these things, because if you know what to expect, you will know if this is the right place for you. The owner was very responsive via text and clearly wanted to help us have an enjoyable visit.

Great B&B. More of a "bed" and breakfast isn't included. The facility was just what we needed. The facility was right in the middle of a busy area. It still felt quiet at night, but bring ear plugs if youre a light sleeper or not familiar with the city.
The only thing that felt like our critique was we never met the hosts and only communicated virtually. This caused some bumps when we traveled and we missed meeting locals.

The apartment was clean and nice. Very easy check in and response time. Stairs were rough with luggage for the baby and my mom. Still ideal great location.
