Our apartment was spacious and atmospheric. It was handy for all the tourist attractions, lots of restaurants and half an hour’s walk to the station.

We had a kitchenette but no sink. It was a bit awkward to nip through to the communal area to fill up a kettle in your pyjamas. I wasn’t really sure from our reservation on booking.com which apartment we were going to be in.

Premium location in traditional Tuscan apartment. Great communication, welcome with advice on areas of interest and quality restaurants from Marzia. Vast room with large bed and en-suite / bath on mezzanine floor.

Due to size of windows, the net coverings did not completely block out the light (but this didn’t spoil the stay). The apartment above us had hard floors and on one night we could hear noisy heels late at night / early morning.

Great location, receptionist (Marzia) was very lovely and helpful.

Facilities are a bit old fashioned but perfectly serviceable.

The location is great! It is right on the "food street" and very close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful too. And it was clean.

The room layout was unexpectedly inconvenient - the only bathroom in the room is on the 2nd floor and there is no even a sink on the first floor, so if you need to just wash your hands you need to go to the 2nd floor. And the entrance to the bathroom is very low, I'm not a tall person but had to duck. Overall impression is that originally the entire "apartment" was just a room in a larger one, that was re-built into a separate apartment by adding that 2nd half-level and a small bathroom there. Then there is zero sound isolation from the street, if you close your eyes it feels like you are on the street, you can hear absolutely everything. Perhaps their other suits are better.
