Great location. Well equipped and a wonderful place to explore the Annecy region from.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. All the amenities are modern and feel new. Comfy beds. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Felt like a safe residential area to stay in. Regular bus service 10 mins into Annecy town. Free street parking. About 15-20 min walk to the lake to an area where you can swim which was lovely. Boulangerie 5 mins walk away and a supermarket 10 mins walk away.
The flat is next to quite a busy road (see photos) so there is quite a bit of car noise if windows are open/you're using the balcony. The area itself is very residential and not that close to anything - it's 30 min walk to Annecy train station via main roads, which in the hot summer weather wasn't really doable. There are a handful of restaurants around (pizza takeaway and Japanese) which were ok.
