Apartment is lovely and very comfortable for 4 people, both bedrooms are large with good storage and the beds are very comfortable.
Kitchen is very well equipped with some useful staples like salt&pepper, cooking oils etc.
Terrace is lovely, especially in the summer.
Very easy to walk to the lake (maximum 10 minutes), there's shops, cafes and bars within walking distance, main 'tourist' area is about 202-25 minutes from the apartment.
I'd highly recommend staying here!
Already mentioned in other reviews, but the garage is very small. Not a problem for us as my car isn't very large, but just be aware if you're coming in a larger car.

Garage ist etwas eng und bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde uns nicht erklärt, wo genau der Abfall abgegeben werden kann, mussten uns bei Nachbarn erkundigen und zeigen lassen

Le logement est comme neuf, soigné, bien équipé, dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, tout a été pensé avec élégance et intelligence. L'utile et l'agréable sont là. Les enfants se sont vite sentis comme à la maison. A quelques minutes à pied de l'impérial palace, c'est le logement idéal pour qui participe au festival d'animation d'Annecy. Il y a aussi des arrêts de bus a deux pas. Franchement, je recommande.
Si la personne qui nous a accueillis a été fort chaleureuse, la personne qui par contre devait récupérer les clés l' a été un peu moins. Cependant, je préfère garder le meilleur en espérant que ce soit un cas isolé.
