Welcome to our home. We live there for a large part of the year and make it available to you when we travel.
This comfortable 85 M2 penthouse apartment (roof terrace apartment), located on the 11th floor, offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city, the lake and the mountains.
The entire apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows allowing access to the 180 M2 panoramic terrace regardless of the room you are in.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city. 800 meters from the lake (10 minutes walk) and the old town (historic center of Annecy) is 20 minutes away.
It is a place of tranquility, an "eagle's nest", a place of meditation, with the feeling of living outside while being inside.
As the hours go by, the colors change, the wonder remains.
