הדירה מחולקת מצוין! יש פרטיות, יש למעלה ולמטה ויש גג חמוד וקטן. בעיקר ייבשנו בו כביסה כי היה קר ויבש אבל היא שווה. מבחינת מיקום הדירה לא קרובה למקומות מגניבים של קניות. כן היה סופרמרקט מעולה מטר מהבית. הליכה של כ 10 דקות לרכבת סוגמו ויש אוטובוס מטר מהדירה לאיקבוקורו. הכל עבד מעולה. מטבח, כיריים, כלי מטבח, מכונת כביסה. התקשורת עם הבעלים היתה קצרה, עיניינית, ענו מאוד מהר. אין בכלל גמישות בתנאים ואי אפשר להשאיר מזוודות לפני או אחרי. זה בית, בודד, לא בתוך בניין דירות. הכניסה לבית די חשופה למי שחשוב לו בדלת בניין וביטחון קחו זאת בחשבון.
התקשורת עם הבעלים היתה חסרת גמישות.

need to advise where to park the car. in front of house only able to park a small car. can park at public car park on the right of the house(near main road)

New, fully equipped and functional, well spaced house. Very good location close to train lines, shops and restaurants. Quite for sleeping. It has 2 floors which is good for separatin of one bedroom from living room.
Nothing (maybe double bed might be a bit wider).

Andando al metro mas cercano, unos 6 min. WIFI correcta.
Falta de servicios, un solo lavabo. Limpieza escasa. Colchones bastante justos (muy blandos) y poco confortables.
