Number of rooms, WiFi, tatami room, AC, free welclome drinks (cola and sparkling cider)
Mold in the bathroom, no hangers for anything (towels in the bathroom for example - had to buy ourself at daiso) It was more than 6min on foot to the Kita Ikebukuro station.

Perfecta sencillez. Nos hemos alojado un grupo de 5 con comodidad. Siempre hay algún pequeño detalle a mejorar pero ha sido excelente. Bien ubicado a 5-10 min de dos paradas de metro y 15min de otra. Y la comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido perfecta. Nos ha ayudado en todo, muy comunicativo. Y hasta nos resolvió un problema después cuando ya nos habíamos ido del alojamiento!!!!! Perfecto anfitrión.

Le logement est comme décrit dans les photos. Il y a 2 étages et assez de place pour 5 personnes.
Nous sommes venus en hiver (février) et il faisait extrêmement froid au 1er étage (salon, cuisine, toilettes, salle de bain) malgré le chauffage. J'ai essayé de dormir dans le salon mais c'est trop dur avec le froid, et le lit n'est pas assez confortable. En revanche, les lits en-haut dans la chambre et les futons sont confortable.

The tatami room has a really weird smell and it's all over my clothes now.
