Very neat and well-equipped apartment in a pleasant area of Tokyo. Comfortable, convenient, and well suited for a stay in the city.
Our apartment had only one window, which unfortunately faced the designated smoking area. As a result, ventilating the room was somewhat challenging. Additionally, we had kindly requested information about the check-in process in advance, but the details were only shared on the day of arrival. Receiving this information a little earlier would have made planning our arrival more convenient.

Sehr gute Lage ( nur 2 Stationen von Shinjuku entfernt), in einen ruhiger authentischen Viertel. Wenig Touristen, aber Bars, Restaurants sind ausreichend vorhanden. Modernes Gebäude, in Nähe des Bahnhofes. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet.

Clean and compact apartment, perfect for 2 (any more might start to feel crowded). There was an in unit washer/dryer that cleans and dries & was really easy to use. Quick access to the train station, streets along the way were cool to look at.
The property itself was great. If you explore the area, there’s a terrible Chinese restaurant up the street (near the dental office, before you hit the train station) where the service was abominable and food didn’t even get served. Don’t go there.
