Le logement est très bien situé, à 1 station de train seulement de la gare d'Ikebukuro : parfait pour se rendre aux 4 coins de Tokyo en transport en commun. Logement grand, propre, et entièrement équipé, avec un bain à la japonaise. Un konbini est accessible à 5 minutes de marche seulement. Le quartier est calme et reposant après 1 journée de visite dans les rues agitées du centre de Tokyo.

安静 离公交车站很近、出门左边到十之路右拐 走到大街上（不要过马路） 坐64路 可以直达浅草寺、 离池袋也很近 步行20分钟

公寓非常干净整洁，设备齐全，厨房用具一应俱全。房间宽敞明亮，装修风格简约温馨，住起来很舒服。位置也很好，离北池袋车站大约步行大概五分钟，很适合一家人出行居住。
如果能在浴室里增加一些置物架放洗澡的时候干净的衣服或挂钩会更方便。
