立地　コンパクトに必要なものが部屋の中にある コンビニが近い　周りはラブホテル街
エレベーターは4階までで、部屋は屋上？5階？でした。 大荷物だと1階分、狭い階段を荷物を持って上がるのは大変です。

清潔感があり隣の音も気にならず、ぐっすり眠れました！池袋駅からも迷わず到着出来ました。
照明スイッチがベットの近くにあるといいなと思ったのとマットレスは硬めの方がよかったなぁと思いました。

清潔性は合格点、ベッドは快適、トイレットも清潔で機能快適、近くにコンビニがあり便利、私は利用しなかったが部屋にミニキッチンもあり簡単な調理も可能、洗濯機もあり連泊者には便利
クリーンアップスタッフと顔を合わせたが挨拶がなく素通りされた、バスルームドアにカビがあった、備品のシャンプー、ボディソープのボトルがスムーズにポンピングできなかった、地上デジタル放送やBSが視聴できなかった、部屋の照明ペンダントの位置と高さが私には合わなかった(何回か頭をぶつけた)
