Location was great and close to the subway station. Lots of restaurants close by. Secure building. We were a family of 5 and there was sufficient space for everyone to sleep. The heating was great in the apartment and there was a large balcony available. Nice place to stay for a few days and easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya.

池袋駅から徒歩4分というロケーションで設備は整っている割に料金は安価。
掃除が適当。アチコチにホコリがたまっていたり、洗濯機の中がホコリだらけだったりトイレに髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたりで不潔だった。 鍵が1本しか無くて不便。 玄関扉に内鍵やチェーンが無く、もし合鍵を持っている人間が侵入しようとしたら簡単に入れてしまう。
