Obtaining the keys from the key box but only after several emails back and forth regarding sending copies of our passports through email. This was very concerning to us. When you check into a hotel you are asked for your passport to identify yourself in person to your reservation. You were asking for photos to be sent over the internet and was not going to be able to verify the passport photos with anyone.

Obviously I was not happy about your guest authentication process mentioned above. And I also thought I saw in the description of your Villa that it had two showers because I was looking for a place with 2 shower& toilets. Unfortunately there was only 1 shower. Hanging our clothes to dry was very inconvenient especially since it was so cold. You should consider adding a clothes dryer to your unit.
