Der Aufenthaltsraum mit Küchenbereich und Bad ist neu gestaltet und in Ordnung. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Dieses Zimmer kann gemeinsam von 4 Personen gut genutzt werden.
Die beiden Schlafbereiche (jeweils separat nur von außen zugänglich) sind sehr einfach und die separaten Toiletten entsprechen nicht dem Standard. Auch der Boden ist weich und es riecht etwas unangenehm.

Located only a 15 minute walk from Ikkebukuro station. Multiple convenience stores nearby in a quiet neighborhood. Wouldn't mind staying here again for sure. Plenty of towels to take showers and the A/C systems worked well as far as I could tell. We took advantage of the kitchenette as much as we could.
The floor in the Wave room was slightly broken and bent in a little bit. My understanding is that it is an antique floor but i would recommend looking at it as I imagine it will get worse. This is I imagine a problem in a lot of homes in Japan but I hit my head multiple times in the bedroom because the ceilings were lower and if I didn't duck down entering the room I would hit my head.
