Nice location. Only a short walk to metro station. Access provided by key box and pin code. Was an easy process. Owner was responsive via messaging. Close to groceries. Clean, comfortable, safe accommodations. Two double-sized beds. Strong WiFi. Fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, gas stove, washer. Kitchen sink is nice. Dish soap provided. Power bar to plug in chargers. Plenty of towels provided. Cups and plates etc also provided. Lots of rubber slippers provided. Kitchen had a recycling bin and a garbage bin too. Bathroom with sink and nice shower stall with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided. Smart toilet in a separate room next to it. Air conditioning worked well during the winter for heating. Assuming it will also cool the room well come summer. Small table with two folding chairs provided for a small dining area. Enjoyed our stay here. The place was smallish but comfortable, contemporary and felt secure. A budget friendly place in a convenient location.

It's not a big apartment but it certainly fit our needs. Short set of stairs to get to the unit. A clothes drying rack would have been handy. A picture of the front building entrance would have also been useful to find the place initially but it wasn't too hard. I had some issues getting hot water later at night. Not sure why. Just a minor issue. Wish the dish soap in the kitchen had a pump dispenser for easier use. Inside of front door needs a fresh coat of paint. Just a minor nitpick.

夜は静かだったが、早朝に退出していく人達の階段を降りる音が響き過ぎて目が覚めてしまった

바로 앞에 편의점도 있고 이가격에 가성비 최고. 이케부쿠로 역은 좀 멀지만 다른역도 있어서 교통비 괜찮고 세탁기, 드라이기, 청소기 등 전자기기도 있어서 용의함.

문 열때 소음, 층간소음이 좀 있는 정도

Location was good near the station and beds were comfy

It could have been cleaner (some hairs in the towel and those things that are at the foot end of your bed were very dirty). It is also in the 3rd with no lift so keep that in mind when this is an issue for you
