Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche des commodités(500m) et à 15 min de la gare d’Ikebukuro. Restaurant local à l’angle de la rue. Appartement propre, 2 chambres, climatisation, machine à laver, balcon, frigo et plaque de cuisson pour petit déjeuner tranquillement. Je recommande vivement !

No elevator/wierd smell when walking up the stairs of the building to get to the apartment

Dir Wohnung an sich war ganz nett und schön eingerichtet. Die selbst entdeckte Dachterrasse war super!
Wir hatten einen Abend eine Schabe in der Wohnung, allgemein gab es dort zuerst einen recht unangenehmen Geruch, der wohl durch Duftkerzen kam und sich wieder gelegt hat. Auch der Hausflur ist recht dreckig und eng und die Wohnung lag im dritten Stock. Schon eine Herausforderung mit großen Koffern. Der Weg von der nächsten Ubahn Station war außerdem schon recht lang.
