Unit was located at the higher floors, 2 balconies and commanded a view of the Ikebukuro skyline. There were supermarkets, combini, laundromats, eateries, train rides, shopping all located within a ~10min walking distance. The room was adequately compact only for 2pax. The provision for daily living was sufficient for the first few days, anymore, you’ll have to supplement.

We observed there were crows liking to fly to the higher floors of the other buildings in the vicinity, so much so we dared not hang our clothes to dry at the balcony, unless we were in the room. The bathroom could receive a new set of shower curtain.

It had everything we needed for our 4 nights stay. The apartment was conveniently located across a Lawson and some supermarkets. The walk to Ikebukuro station was doable, took us 10 minutes. There were amenities such as wash machine, hair dryer, towels and utensils. I really liked the extra large balcony. Self check-in is quick and easy, no fuss. The janitor of the building was really friendly and helped us recycle our trash. Anna was very helpful too and let us store our luggage up till 1PM next day which was very nice too. Definitely would recommend this especially for the price!

It’s quite small, so I don’t recommend for tall people.

Das Appartment ist in einer oberen Etage im Haus gelegen und sehr ruhig. Preis-Leistung ist top. Besonders als Alleinreisender zu empfehlen. Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, Waschmaschine ist sehr zu empfehlen und Wäsche kann auf dem Balkon getrocknet werden. Kurzer Weg nach Ikebukoro Station. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Host.
