地點：距離池袋車站西口很近，C6出口出來步行5分鍾時間就到。 房間：每間都獨立也各自有冷暖氣機，冬天入住也不怕，床鋪也很軟很好睡。 客廳廚房：該有的微波爐、熱水壺、咖啡機、餐具、餐盤都有，要加熱食物或喝咖啡都行。
只能說3樓淋浴室的空間太小，僅能一個人站，於搓澡轉身不易，然後建議多安裝一個置物架，可讓客人放置眼睛或隨身飾品，目前僅有放沐浴乳、洗髮精就無空間。

1階と3階に洗面台とシャワーがあり分かれて使用できる。各人数1部屋でプライバシー空間が保たれて近くにご飯屋もあるし大変よかった！
駐車しにくかったです。コンパクトカーでも何回か切り替えしたので初見だと大変でした。
