The room has heater and place to dry your clothes after washing.
The stairs , is abut tiny could be a minor hazard for older people.

ロケーション：池袋駅すぐなのに、住宅街の中にありとても静かだった。スーパーやコンビニも近くにあり、とても便利だった。
部屋：寝室が個室で広々としていた。浴室乾燥がついており、洗濯物がすぐに乾いてとても助かった。
清潔さ：入居時、清掃が入っているとは思えない汚さだった。玄関を入ってすぐの階段には髪の毛や埃が大量に落ちていた。備え付けの掃除機のフィルターはごみで満杯だった。浴室は水垢まみれだった上に、浴室の壁に使用済みのサロンパスが大量に貼り付けてあり、滞在中はずっとサロンパス臭が部屋にしていた。タオルにも長い髪の毛が絡まっているものばかりだった。
備品：宿泊可能人数に比べて、ハンガーが少ないのが残念だった。
部屋：階段が非常に急で、奥行きも狭い（20センチもない）ので、上り下りが大変危険だった。特に、スーツケースを運んだり、荷物を持っているときは特に危なかった。
