Very clean and well maintained. Layout was nice and comfortable. Everything was labeled and had a manual on how to use. The location was also nice, in a quiet neighbourhood outside of ikebukuro.
A bit of a walk to ikebukuro station, but still manageable considering it’s a major station

abbiamo alloggiato in 7, situazione vivibilissima, in casa se non si lasciava andare il riscaldamento era abbastanza freddo, ma quello dipende anche dal periodo (febbraio nel mio caso), in alcune zone della casa soprattutto le entrate nelle varie stanze il passaggio è molto basso mi è capitato qualche volta di sbattere la testa ( altezza mia 1.90), è abbastanza lontana dalla stazione di ikebukuro (mi dava 18 min a piedi con google maps)

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The house could sleep 6 of us comfortably. Short walk to the train stations and great selection of food within walking distance. My family enjoyed our stay at the Family House. We will definitely be back.

* 4인 가족이 3층 건물에 머물렀어요. 각자 1층씩 아이들이 써서 좋아했어요.
* 2층에 tv와 부엌이 있어 다같이 아침을 만들어 먹었어요.
편의점 1블럭 안에 있고 2분거리에 큰 마트도 있어요. Maruets
* 이케부쿠로 역 말고 가나메초 역도 이용했어요. 큰 도로로 쭉 오니 더 편했어요. 어차피 10분 거리라서. KFC 도 있고(가나메초 역) 오는 길에 로손과 편의점2개 있어서 하루는 그 길로 왔어요.
* 4시 체크인이지만 2시에 가능하다해서 좋았어요. 어차피 3:45분에 도착했지만 …
* 수압이 엄청 세고 뜨거운 물이 잘 나와서 좋았어요. 아이들 목욕도 했어요.
* 일반 호텔에 비해 절반 가격에 이용해서 가성비는 정말 좋아요.
* 아이들만 아니라면 위치도 괜찮긴 한데 시부야. 오다이바. 긴자 등 관광지와는 반대방향이라 좀 멀게 느껴지기도 해요. 그래도 다닐만 했어요
* 10명도 사용 가능하겠더라구요 4인 가족이 편하게 있다 왔어요
* 아이들이 (13살. 12살) 어려서 10분 걷기도 힘들어해서 위치가 좀 아쉬웠어요. 그래서 두번째 숙소 갈 땐 버스 이용했어요 훨씬 좋았어요. 그리고 그 뒤로는 가나메초 역으로 갔고 마지막 날엔 택시로 나갔어요.
* 2층에서 담배 냄새가 ㅡ 나갔다 오면 더 심하게 느껴져서 ㅡ 아쉬웠어요. 앞 사람이 피웠나봐요
* 층마다 문을 다 닫아야해요. 1층 복도가 좀 추웠어요. 다행히 2층 3층 아이들은 안 추워해서 다행이었어요. 계속 난방을 틀어야해서 건조해져요.
