Otter Stay - Ikebukuro

Everything was fine and the location was excellent to go to the downtown within 20 minutes walking distance. The staff was very helpful to answer all the questions quickly. The apartment was quite new.

If the decorated tree is smaller and the sofa arms were fixed would be much better as the arms of sofa always fell or dropped half towards the floor size. Also, if the electrical kettle could be bigger will be more convenient for a group of five.

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was extremely helpful and kind, even allowing us to check in earlier and personally showing us around the house while explaining everything clearly. The location is superb, once you step out the main door, everything you need is nearby. Ikebukuro Main Station is also just a 10–15 minute walk which made getting around very convenient. All the basic necessities were well provided, making our stay very comfortable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to others!

Ruhige Lage mit Supermärkten (Family Mart) und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal von Otter Stay war zu jederzeit hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich.
