Clean, plenty of rooms, 12 minute walk to station on Yamanote line

Pretty narrow staircase so might be tough for people taking larger suitcases (especially when full) to the 3rd floor and back down

Clean, quick response from owners, great air conditioners, stove and toaster oven and available pots and pans were good quality. The shower and bathtub were amazing. The beds and bed linens were comfortable. TV and streaming services were well appreciated too. Overall the apartment was beautiful and clean and well stocked with good quality towels and linens. Cools off within minutes of turning on the individual room air conditioners. Very spacious layout for our family of four compared to others we saw online. Room for your suitcases etc. Very happy with our accommodations. We were within 5-20 minutes from all the train stations we needed and had no problem seeing many other areas of Tokyo.

A slightly better stocked kitchen would have been nice. Some sugar and tea for example. There was salt but the pepper was almost empty so we bought more. There werent any hot pads and the one pot and one pan were quite small for a family of four, and I didnt find the removable handle until the last day so it was difficult to cook without handles or hot pads. Some instructions for emptying out and replacing the kitchen and bathroom drains would have been helpful as we had to just figure it out after the bathroom drains were draining very slowly. The freezer leaks water into the fridge that we needed to keep a bowl under and empty the water a couple of times a day. The washing machine leaked water onto the floor the first time we used it but my son was able to find the source and tighten a clamp and washer to the water hose which fixed the problem. Some written instructions for the shower/bathtub/washing machine would have been helpful. The bed pillows were too flat for our liking. The futon couch needs replacing. Very uncomfortable to sit on.
