The property was in a great location on Mersea Island, with the sea a few yards away and the Holiday Park was very good, restaurant fish & chips particularly recommended. Our host Yan acted quickly in trying to sort out a problem with our boiler.
The central heating failed to work so the accommodation didn't meet the 'cosy' description and also generally lacked a bit of TLC.

Lovely caravan spacious and close to clubhouse
It was muddy down side of caravan to steps but the weather didn’t help maybe some slabs if allowed to help as it was slippery

The property was very well located and very spacious.
The furniture on the decking was lovely as was the decking itself.
The WiFi did not work at all and the beds and bedding were not the best.
Outside the lights didn’t work so we couldn’t sit out at night ( although in fairness it may be that I couldn’t find the right switch. I was trying the one next to the door)and the umbrella was broken and ripped so there was no shade.
Also the outside of the property needed a good clean.
