Perfect family holiday

It was a perfect place for a family holiday the property is very clean .

The only thing that we didn’t like is the price is not including the swimming pool pass We need to pay £100 for the swimming pool for 6 person for 3 days . Otherwise every thing is amazing

Disgustingly dirty and uncomfortable - appalling value for money

Nothing apart from the good location

It was dirty. It had been given a superficial clean and that was all. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty - so much so that we felt we could not use it and checked out the next day. The beds are very uncomfortable with very thin and uneven mattresses. The van itself is very tired and needs updating in many areas.

We all had a very enjoyable time

The location of the mobile home was quiet at this time of year, the sun was shining on the decking from early morning until late evening, the inside was very clean and comfortable everything one needed.

Just a small downside to our overall experience the decking area was very dirty and lots of children’s toys everywhere on the decking and around the mobile home we had to clean up before settling in and the outside chairs were dirty and worn.

Cheap and cheerful, and the children enjoyed it.

Location was good and property was a step up from the basic neighbouring vans. It was fairly clean and tucked away, so we weren’t disturbed by partying neighbours.

Uncomfortable bed and sofa. We understand these types of places receive heavy wear from families, who aren’t so careful, so it’s difficult for the owner. Mosquitos are a big issue with this location. We all got bitten. Our son has 12 bites on his face and ears! Someone had pinched the batteries from the remotes and we couldn’t get the Amazon stick to work. All HDMI cables are snapped, so DVD didn’t work either. Internet was basic, so couldn’t use the iPad. Luckily we had several sunny days, so it didn’t matter too much. All in all, it’s fine and a little tired. The mouldy curtains in the main bedroom could do with replacing, along with the bed.

Lovely location and beautiful place

The location was amazing. The facilities were great and perfect for young kids.

We booked for 5 guests but there was no bedding available for the guests that stayed on the pull out sofa bed. There was only 3 of the beds.

Clean, lots of space, well designed, lots of personal touches making it very homely. Everything you could need is available at the property. I struggled to get my email due to connection problems host responded to my call very quickly; was helpful and resolved my issue immediately. Highly recommend.

Had not read all details, no towels was a surprise. Clearer instructions about the fob to gain entry to the site would have been helpful for me! Again I am sure the info is all available!!

Perfect and very relaxing

Property was lovely. Very comfortable. Situation on the Park was just what we wanted. Host was extremely helpful with an issue we had and sorted it out for us. Everything we wanted was in the property and the decking and its furniture was lovely and clean.

Instructions on how to use the TV and its components. My sister and I are not very technically minded and only got the TV to show terrestrial channels on our last night.

Extremely hot , only duvets provided so had to buy sheets. Oven didn’t work properly, only came on when the hob and grill lit and then did not heat adequately. Patio doors would not close - workman said runners had gone. Side door difficult to lock as a screw was missing. Gate was hanging off. Handle on washing machine was wobbly and then came off when we tried to get our washing out . Egg shells left in bin cupboard and old onion in crockery cupboard.

Excellent caravan!

Excellent Caravan, very well located and clean. Nice balcony which is nice to get some fresh air. Very well decorated you feel welcome. It has one of the best caravans I have ever stayed. I would definitely recommend it.

The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress on the suite, which I believe it needs replacement. However everything else was amazing so I will still give a 10!

Lovely lodge fully equipped but without towels ..good job we had brought some with us. Double bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall a great mini break.

Décor, extra goodies and comfortable sleep in the main bedroom. Bath and good shower pressure and hot water.

Second room, very small beds, good size for children. Got the impression that would have a better view from the description of property as advertised. Luckily we had big material scarves as we did not bring towels. No instructions for microwave and dish washer.
