Sorry, one off stay.

The smell of the property was bad (curry/spices). The paint was chipped in multiple places, looked like a child had painted around the front door, tiles broken, Lino ripped in multiple places and stained in kitchen, could see floor boards and gaps below at side of fridge, lumps under carpet which didn’t fit to all edges, shower was throwing out boiling water, had to turn it off to reset. Bed you could feel the springs, duvet was grey, curtains were a foot too short for patio doors. Sofa bed was badly stained. Music from upstairs. Tv did not have basic channels (only YouTube/ancient films). Front door was not locked so felt unsafe. Heating was on and it was over twenty degrees. Couldn’t reach kitchen cupboards/extractor.

Very poor and unexpected

Property is in a state of disrepair, entrance hallway smells of cat wee. The toilet seat is broken, tiles are all cracked, no lock. Property is not well maintained, doesn’t match the description or pictures posted online. Holes in walls, chipped paint work, rips in the bed bases, and thick dust sat on each mirror and photo frame.

Highly recommended

Great decor, spacious and a very quiet location. Added benefit of a garden as on the ground floor rear apartment. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels for a while without needing anything. Coffee and tea plentiful. And such a good price! For an all round positive and comfortable stay. I wish I could have stayed for longer. The hosts are very friendly even having booked through booking.com, they are helpful and kind. Great experience and much appreciated

No parking. I parked in a permit bay, outside so no walk with my luggage. But there should be atleast 1 allocated spot for tennants, or a permit available. I risked the fine as I was so grateful for the beautiful apartment and costing. Some stains on the living room settee that doubles up as a bed. Some windows and doors are stiff but not an issue at all. Highly recommended overall

sofa bed, location, big doors to garden were fun, price, good tv, beds were fine

no trays for oven, no scissors, chewed naan bread was left and wrappers from past guests, slight smell of cigarettes in the hall

Comfortable and functional just a little noisy.

Easy to find, book , collect keys. Clean.

Noisy as no sound insulation from upstairs so could hear footsteps from upstairs throughout stay. No tea towels and not enough glasses.

Not clean and disappointing

Beds were comfortable, fine for if you need somewhere to crash.

The property stank of stale smoke when we arrived and had to open all windows and doors for a couple of hours to get some fresh air in the place. There was also a very dirty frying pan in the cupboard which clearly hadn’t been washed since its last use. The area itself is not that great, the upstairs flat was playing music very loudly until late in the evening and the parking is an absolute nightmare. There were also basic amenities missing like a floor brush, iron or ironing board. For the price we paid, I would expect a 4 star hotel but this was very disappointing.

Awful accommodation in Cardiff

Location was good. That's it

Way too overpriced for what it is. Squeezed six people into the ground floor flat, I thought it was the whole house. Only one toilet roll when we arrived. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. No shower gel. WiFi awful. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Bed bug in the bed. Garden full of weeds. Lots of signs up on the walls threatening visitors with fans. Tv hidden behind a door. Only five cups and glasses yet sleeps six? Booking.com should take this listing of your files.

Comfortable Calm Very Homely the only thing which would have been to have a microwave as it was only a short stay and due to the weather it was not advisable to go out which is not the properties fault so would recommend the appartment 100%👍👍👍😊

Very small for a group,didn’t feel it was worth the £348 for 1 night,no duvet cover for sofa bed or pillow case.

Top place beautiful surroundings first class host

It was spotless. The location is beautiful and peaceful. everything you need is there the host is there for anything extra you need. We stayed there for work, but I would defo fetch my kids for a break away

Do not book this property, it’s terrible

Nothing to like about this propery

No hot water, there is a small heater under the sink that doesn’t work The place smells and seems to need a deep clean The WiFi is terrible making it difficult to work if required. The property manager offer zero help and suggested I get some air fresheners and open the windows. The rubbish dumped outside the windows and against the building may be adding to the smell but is also a huge fire hazard.
