Ontbijt hebben we zelf geregeld keuken was uitstekenf voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt er zijn genoeg Supermarkten in de buurt maar ook genoeg restaurantjes met ontbijt mogelijkheden nabij
helemaal niets het huis was boven alle verwachtingen en zeker aan te bevelen was zeer positief voor een grote groep of groot gezin
De familie kamer voor 4 personen was net helemaal nieuw gerenoveerd en de host vroeg ons om een beoordeling van deze kamer en onze feedback

The most stunning house we have ever stayed in. Right at the top of Houtbay. Perfect location and the house has everything you need for a great holiday. We all loved the pool and the adults the jacuzzi. Watched the most beautiful sunsets from the deck. Just perfect. Thank you so much.

Exceptional views over Hout Bay from both the pool area and upper garden terrace. Super spacious villa which was stunning with the centre stairs leading down from the bedrooms into the huge open plan living/dining areas with wall to wall glass to take in the stunning views.

Pepper House Villa is an outstanding choice for a big group or family gathering. The villa is spacious, beautifully laid out, and offers plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably while still enjoying time together. One of the absolute highlights is the breathtaking SUNSET view—it’s truly stunning and something you never get tired of, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening.
The BBQ area is fantastic and perfect for group dinners, making our stay even more special with shared meals and great memories. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared.
A special mention goes to the housekeeper Lydia, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, ensuring the villa stayed spotless throughout our stay and making us feel very welcome.
Overall, Pepper House Villa is a perfect place for a large family or group looking for comfort, space, amazing views, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended—we would happily return!
