Overall we enjoyed it, 2 nights in Étretat is a bit too much though, one would have been sufficient. Beautiful place wit

Location was great, close proximity to the beach and delicious patisserie. Very clean house, you have everything you need there - toaster, iron, hairdryer, all the utensils, blankets, etc. Dining room is very comfortable! Heating is working just fine ( at the end of November much needed), same as hot water - was working properly. Big bathroom - perfect for usage of 2 people simultaneously. Lovely house and the neighborhood overall!

No curtains in the living/ dining room, as well as in the bedroom on the second floor. Very squeaky bed on the 2nd floor - for people with subtle sleep makes it very hard not to wake up every time you move. Unclear navigation to the property - Google maps show completely different route than the pictures the owner sent. We also didn’t get the request to clean the dishes and throw out the rubbish ourselves, why it’s not included in the price of the stay.

Good location, charming house. Well equipped kitchen, much appreciated kitchen paper towels provided. Good supply of cleaning products. Very prompt and responsive manager.

Would be better if more hooks or bathroom rails to dry bath towels were installed. There was no shelf to place shampoo and soap in the shower area - not a big issue but a shelf would be useful to have.

Good villa, but with some issues

The villa has a very convenient location — everything you need is within a 5-minute walk: the bus station, cafés, shops, and the beach. It's a comfortable place to stay, with good beds and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances. Clean towels were provided in sufficient quantity. There was hot water, heating, and even tea and coffee available. A very pleasant experience overall!

IMPORTANT FOR TRAVELERS FROM UKRAINE Before check-in, we were asked to pay a deposit, which could not be paid with a Ukrainian bank card. We encountered this issue while already on our way, and according to the host's rules, failure to pay the deposit would result in the cancellation of the booking without any refund. The property offered no alternative payment methods other than asking us to “find friends in the EU.” We offered to pay the deposit in cash upon arrival or transfer it directly to the property’s account, but both options were refused. We also requested to cancel the reservation with a refund, since the host was aware of the issue with Ukrainian cards but failed to inform us in advance — this was also denied. Booking.com support did not assist with this issue either. We had to spend several hours urgently contacting friends and relatives with EU bank cards to help, and we were very lucky that it worked out in the end. Regarding the villa itself: There was a washing machine, but we couldn't use it because there was no laundry detergent provided, even though there were capsules for the dishwasher. The listing mentioned 2 bathrooms, but in reality it was a separate shower and toilet — for a three-story villa and the number of guests, that was insufficient. After the first night, we had an ant infestation, which was quite unpleasant. Upon checkout, we were asked to clean up and take out the trash ourselves, but no instructions were given on where to dispose of it. As each house has its own bin (as we learned from the neighbors), we had to spend time searching for the correct one — which was inconvenient as we had all our luggage and were rushing to catch a bus.

Perfekt sted til at bo på ferien.

Det er et fantastisk sted at bo. Det er gjort med kærlighed. Renligheden er 1000 procent, komfortable og hyggelige senge, dejligt sengetøj. Alt er gennemtænkt ned til mindste detalje. Butikken ligger 5 minutter fra huset, og byens centrum og stranden ligger 5-7 minutter væk. Det var også dejligt at slappe af i den lille forhave.Jeg kan varmt anbefale at bo her, hvis man er en familie på 4-5 personer. Det er stille om natten. Vi var meget tilfredse med denne indkvartering.

Séjour reposant au calme

Maison charmante très bien située dans Etretat, dans une ruelle calme. Très bonne boulangerie à proximité pour de délicieux petits-déjeuners. Nous avons garé la voiture dans un parking gratuit à 15/20 minutes à pied de la maison et avons ensuite passé le séjour à nous déplacer à pied. Tout est facile d'accès depuis la maison.

Unterkunft super und einwandfrei. Abstimmung mit der Vermieterin und Hinterlegung der Kaution schwierig

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und gut gelegen

Allerdings ist der organisatorische Ablauf mit der Vermieterin ziemlich kompliziert gewesen… die 300 Euro Kaution werden nicht direkt von der Kreditkarte belastet sondern man muss sämtliche Angaben über einen link, den man von der Vermieterin erhält, angeben. Die Seite ist komplett auf französisch und daher für Leute, die die Sprache nicht verstehen, trotz Übersetzer, ziemlich kompliziert aufgebaut. Erst nach dem dritten Versuch, hat es alles geklappt. Eine Alternative Möglichkeit für die Hinterlegung der Kaution wurde auch nicht akzeptiert, was ich sehr schade fand. Weitere Informationen zur Wegbeschreibung und zum Schlüssel hat man immer nur häppchenweise erhalten. Was ich persönlich sehr mühselig fand, weil man sich ständig immer wieder mit der Unterkunft auseinandersetzen musste. Da wären sämtliche Informationen auf einen Blick unkomplizierter und einfacher gewesen. Auch die Wegbeschreibung an sich, war nicht gut beschrieben. Wir mussten einen einheimischen vor Ort fragen….Die komplette Müllentsorgung musste hinterher auch noch durch uns erfolgen, wo wir auch erstmal wieder eine Wegbeschreibung für erhalten haben und uns zurecht suchen mussten. Hier hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die großen Müllcontainer direkt am Haus gewesen wären oder es im Service bei der Reinigung mit inbegriffen wäre.

Très très jolie maison décorée avec goût et très confortable. Literie parfaite. Propreté irréprochable. Située au calme à 2 mn à pied des commerces et restaurants et donc 4 mn de la plage d'où nous pouvons partir pour de belles balades au dessus des falaises. Étretat est magnifique et cette maison l'est tout autant .

Хороший дом, тепло , чисто. Кровати застелены, есть полотенца. До магазина примерно 10 минут.

Расположение в плане парковки, если собираетесь на Этрета имейте ввиду что бесплатных парковок в принципе нет, брали пакет на 3 дня 30евро это самое дешёвое и надо пройтись минут 10-15, а если рядом с домом найдёте то 60 евро за 3дня. Ну и мелочи конечно , но всё же ,хотелось бы хоть один острый нож на кухне.
