Just a short walk from the villa is a private children's playground with a swing, slide and a small football pitch with artificial grass, making it an ideal retreat for families. Villa Marija Prodan is thoughtfully designed and offers both communal spaces and private retreats. It has two flats and four double rooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. The combination of modern amenities, breathtaking views and tranquil surroundings make this villa the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in Istria. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
