The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we really appreciated that there was absolutely no crowd, which made the stay relaxing.
We were a bit disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, and only the saunas were available, which you had to switch on yourself and wait until they warmed up. It would also be a nice touch if there were tea and water prepared in the wellness area. The description mentioned free bikes for rent, but unfortunately, they weren’t available either. Breakfast was fine, but it would have been much nicer with fresh croissants instead of the cheap store-bought ones, and overall, the selection was quite limited.

Great location with amazing views of the surrounding hills, really spacious room, and superb relaxation space including pool and spa facilities.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. The place had really family vibes with connections to the local restaurant in town that was also delicious with a stunning view.
Very minor improvements as we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast variety could be improved a little with more fresh fruit, yoghurt, more jams & an option to toast bread.
Accommodation would benefit from a small welcome pack that details things like WiFi password, use of facilities such as the kitchen area / fridge.

Beautiful view, peaceful location and garden. Breakfast was also really good. The stuff was polite.
The room was very small and the bed was very loose and loud. We didn't have kettle nor a fridge in a room. I expected more facilities in a five star hotel.
Also, the spa opens at 9 am and as we arrived sauna was not turned on and we had to wait 40 minutes for a warm up and the check out is at 10 am so we didn't really have time to use it. The pool was dirty and we also couldn't use it.
Also, "the gym" were actually 3 pieces of equipment.
