Lovely home in Motovun

Villa Luigi & Luisa is a real retreat! These two old renovated country houses are situated on a small hill with only a handful of houses, giving you the feeling of being 'far away'. The outdoor area offers a 50m2 infinity pool and a beautifully manicured garden - ideal for families with children. There is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table from where you can enjoy the magnificent view over green hills, the Mirna river valley and Motovun. The houses with an interesting layout are rented as a unit for up to 14 people with 6 bedrooms. One house has 2 rooms with private bathrooms, the other has 4 such rooms. Furniture from the 19th century in combination with stone and wood in the open living area and the kitchen create a cozy atmosphere. The balcony gives you an additional private spot where you can enjoy the panorama.



A bonus is the well-stocked cellar where you can sample a number of local specialties in the company of your family and friends.



As the icing on the cake, the owners of Villa Luigi & Luisa offer a cooking service on request. As you are in a place known for its culinary specialties - such as white truffles, honey, olive oil and cheese - you should not miss this opportunity.Villa Luigi & Luisa is located in Bazjaki near Livade, a small village known for its truffle days in autumn. There you will find a grocery store, restaurants and the post office. From the villa you can enjoy the view of Motovun, where the famous Motovun Film Festival takes place every year. At 18 km you will find the town of Buzet with an interesting offer of hiking tours leading to Hum - the smallest town in the world. Central Istria is definitely worth a visit!



On the other side we have Novigrad on the west coast of Istria, with its beaches, sights and restaurants.



Just over half way, about a 20 minute drive, is the Istralandia Aquapark, if you are looking for that kind of action for you and your children. Another spa is Istarske Toplice, only 10km away from your Villa Luigi & Luisa.



The temperature of the heated pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
