Beautifully renovated villa with a well-maintained pool. The villa offers private parking, the apartment is very spacious with a large functional kitchen and a comfortable bed. Only 15 minutes to the coast. A wonderful getaway.

Excellent location with knowledgable host for exploring Istria

Visnjan is a peaceful village, including supermarket and 2 restaurants, away from the overcrowded coastal area. Silvano is a great host and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us finding a mechanic for our car and gave excellent tips for highlights in the area, where to park your car and some nice beaches. The swimming pool is great during the summer, especially for the kids. I strongly recommend his place!

We stayed at the residence for two nights and I’m sorry we couldn’t stay longer :) the place is great, very cosy, with a great swimming pool. And the host is very welcoming and kind. We will for sure come back.

Estupendo!!

This place is fantastic to visit Istria!! The Villa is close to Pula, Porec and Rovijn so it is perfect to visit those cities in the morning and relax by the pool in the arvo. The hoster, Silvano, helps you with everything and gives amazing advices about what to visit. Best place!! Thanks Silvano! we will come back soon ! Marta

Amazing house, amazing view, amazing pool, amazing host.

The villa is beautiful, with its old stones, amazing pool, in a small village high up with an outstanding view on the valley. The apartments are pretty and well furnished. The host must be the best we ever had; super available, kind and funny, giving us a lot of advices. It was our best stay in Croatia among the 10 places we went. The pool is amazing to relax and its good value for the price. Highly recommended!

Entspannte Tage in der Villa Visnjan

Seit Jahren kommen wir immer wieder in die Villa Visnjan und auch diese Mal haben wir uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Silvano ist ein super Gastgeber. Wunderbares Essen in der fußläufig zu erreichenden Konoba Farini

Ein Traum!

Ein absoluter Traum! Silvano der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat ein altes Steinhaus selbst zu Ferienwohnungen umgebaut. Das Haus liegt ruhig im beschaulichen Bergdorf Visnjana. Dort gibt es eine Konoba, 2 Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei, ein Kaffee, eine Post und eine Pizzeria. Man hat also alles was man braucht in Fussnähe. Highlight ist der schöne Garten mit dem perfekten Pool. Im Garten riecht es nach Rozmarin, Lavendel und Feigen. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm zum Schwimmen. Unser Sohn hat hier in 3 Tagen schwimmen gelernt! Die Küste und das Meer sind mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu haben. (Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden). Die Wohnung ist schön und bequem eingerichtet. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse von der aus man in weiter Entfernung das Meer sehen kann. Alles in Allem wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert, gerade wenn man ein paar Tage abseits vom Trubel der Touristenmassen an der Küste verbringen möchte.

Fataatische locatie met super mooie kamers

Geweldige ligging in het dorp met geweldig uitzicht over de omgeving. Super ruime kamer. Of liever we hadden twee kamers. Zwembad was heerlijk verfrissend en alles is super schoon. Je wordt warm onthaalt door de eigenaar die je van allemaal leuke tips voorziet. Supermarkt os om de hoek en restaurant op paar minuten lopen. Porec ben je zo. Zoek je rust dan is het hier top. Het is even zoeken om de accommodatie te vinden. Rij naar de kerk. Op het plein heb je naast een fantastisch uitzicht over de omgeving ook ruime parkeerplekken. Ga met de rug naar de kerk staan. De toren is aan je rechter hand. Links zie he een poort. Ga daar doorheen. Eerste weg naar rechts en je loopt zo naar het appartement.

Er viel weinig tegen. Horren voor de ramen was leuk geweest, nu zette je liever niets open.

Appartamento in un bel borgo Istriano

Višnjan bellissimo paesino ricco di storia e molto tranquillo a circa 15 minuti dal mare. Nel paese ci sono due supermarket, un panificio, una macelleria, un bar, un bancomat, una pizzeria e una osteria tipica. L'appartamento aveva due stanze molto spaziose entrambe con aria condizionata. Letti abbastanza comodi. Giadino ben attrezzato con bella piscina e posto auto. Gli appartamenti ai piani più alti sono vista mare. Il propietario Silvano è una persona molto gentile e di cultura.

Mancano Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice, Forno a Micronde ma ci si può arrangiare. Nel nostro appartamento non c'era un' area salotto. Cucina poco illuminata ed essenziale.

Relax in piscina lontano dal caos

La piscina è un plus importante, essendo distante dal mare

Pur avendo prenotato la stanza in cui poi abbiamo effettivamente alloggiato, l'host appena arrivati mi ha richiesto 30€/notte in più perché i miei figli sono adolescenti mentre nella prenotazione risultavano zero anni (non so se per un refuso o un errore di sistema). Ho avuto altrove il medesimo problema ma avendo prenotato solo appartamenti già con due stanze nessun altro mi ha richiesto un upfront. Comportamento poco chiaro, per me.

La casa es muy bonita, la ubicación en un pueblo tranquilo y cerca de todo, la piscina y el entorno alrededor genial. Silvano fue muy amable y nos dió muy buena información para conocer la zona. Buena relación calidad precio. Cenamos en una pizzería del pueblo que también está muy bien
