Impact of not having the bbq was massive.

Site and facilities great. More of the main pool opened up as our stay progressed and the season progressed into June.

Lodge didn’t have the advertised facilities, mainly missing the bbq and when they don’t have an oven, this impacts us massively as we bbq every night. Contacted on site customer services who were poor and would not do anything stating still awaiting a bbq order, I asked if one from another unit or an older one could be brought to us, very rude stating not listening to him and that he had none to give. Roan units were empty at the start of our stay. Contacted UK customer services who got the same answer from onsite staff. Asked at that point to raise a complaint. Never heard anything, contacted them again to raise another complaint and again have heard nothing back from their complaints department.

Super Mobilhome

Tolle Lage, Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles vorhanden. Das Mobilhome bat genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.

Eincheckzeit war erst ab 14. Uhr, obwohl wir frühere Ankunftszeit vereinbarten. Aber wir konnten wenigstens alle Einrichtungen (Pools) früher benutzen. Bettwäsche musste man selbst mitbringen. Fernsehprogramm funktionierte nicht, über Netflix konnten die Kinder dann (am Regentag) bisschen schauen.

Die Pizzeria am Piazza. Und die Bäckerei im Sektor B die waren außergewöhnlich freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen auch der Hausboy war sofort zur Stelle und Hilfbereit

die Lage, Der Strand war überfüllt zudem nicht gerade sauber, die unterschiedlichen Preise je nach Lage (z.b. Eispreis, Kaffee, Snacks) nur Fastfood an den Strandabschnitten. überteuert. (Pommes mit Ketchup 6€ Magnum 6,2 € ) Es war überall Laut bis in die Nacht hinein. B67 war unser Mobilheim. Es wurde nicht angegeben ob man Bettzeug und Handtücher mitnehmen muss oder man sich die ausborgen kann (insgesamt 40€ ohne Rechnung bezahlt) Für einen stolzen Preis für 12 Nächte in einer Valmar Einrichtung hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. auch die Liegen haben unterschiedliche Preise Am Sandstand,Beim Pool ,im "Aquapark", am Kiesstrand alles unterschiedlich. Wer gerne auf Massentourismus steht und Lärm ist hier hervorragend aufgehoben. die Sportangebote vor allem diese Hüpfinsel im Wasser war eine Katastrophe, dreckig von Vogelkacke, die Hälfte der Polster war löchrig oder es hat ein Griff gefehlt oder ein Seil, Quallen schwimmen mit dir mit..... man hat uns zwar Nachdem ich gesagt habe dass alles dreckig ist mit Vogelkacke, meinem Sohn und Mann insgesamt 5 min mehr Zeit gegeben,aber gereinigt wurde nur mit Zwang und auch nur 2 .min lang. ekelig. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht mehr. 1. und letzte mal. ich bin schon seit meiner Kindheit immer in Kroatien gewesen und auch in den letzten Jahren wieder vermehrt, empfehlen kann ich Lanterna leider nicht. da gibt es in Rovijn günstigere und bessere Mobilheime die nicht so überlaufen sind. oder weiter südlich.

Super toller Urlaub 🏝️

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Waffel-Snacks und Eis, Getränke an vielen Stellen zu kaufen. Preise sind nicht überteuert. Der Sandstrand ist super und die zusätzlichen sehr viele Steinstände. Ein großer toller Spielplatz mit Spielcenter und zusätzlich viele kleine Spielplätze auf der Anlage.

Das wlan ist nicht sehr gut, je nach dem wo man wohnt.

Paesaggio molto bello ma è meglio non prenotare su Booking altrimenti non ti danno un minimo di attenzione

Struttura molto grande, location bella

Organizzata male … al check in non si capiva in quale box reception andare e nessuno ti sapeva aiutare, risultato 1 ora di attesa sotto il sole a 40 gradi . Tutti i servizi spiaggia , trenino , lenzuola etc etc sono a pagamento anche gli essenziali. Market carissimi e mal riforniti con personale scortese . Anche il personale Roan non sembrava interessato a risolvere i problemi che avevano creato loro.

Poměr cena výkon v této lokalitě spíše podprůměrný

Mobilhome pěkný, čistý, vybavení probrané, tak že lecos chybělo, ale nic zásadního, obecně ubytování hodnotím jako pěkné a čisté, personál velmi vstřícný, pěkné bazény, aquapark pro děti moc pěkný

Kemp jako rodinný velmi průměrný, hlasitá hudba po celém kempu cca do 23:00, kemp v kopci, štěrkové cesty mezi mobilhomy dost rozbité, tak že kočárek, vozík tak na rozbití ještě v kombinaci s kopcem, pláž dost daleko a přeplněné, po kempu lítají děti na elektro koloběžkách až jsem měl strach o moje děti, v tomto prostoru máme projetých dost kempů a sem se už určitě nevrátíme a to ani obytným autem ani do ubytování. Nebyla to nejlevnější dovolená a čekal jsem více.

Die Schattige Lage und das Personal

Die Unterkunft war nicht Sauber, hatten Spinnweben,Ameisen befall in der Ganzen Unterkunft. Haben alles selber reinigen müssen. Der Fernseher war auch bescheiden, der Ton war eine Katastrophe und die Tv Sender haben wir auch nicht reinbekommen(Sat Kabelbruch). Polster und Decken werden nicht gewechselt nach der Abreise.

Goed maar duur

Het huisje was de moeite, we hadden een comforthuisje.

Het jammere is dat je echt voor álles moet bijbetalen. Ligbedden, taxiboot naar stadje, handdoeken, beddengoed, etc. De prijzen zijn dan ook nog eens overdreven duur. Ze schamen zich voor niks .. om comfort te hebben (en dan heb ik het gewoon over een ligstoel) moet je enorm veel extra centjes uitgeven.

Schöner Urlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Der Bungalow war sehr geräumig, mit 2 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmern. Für ein Mobilehome wirklich nett. Tolle Terrasse, schöne Küche. Die Lage war gut, die Umgebung ruhig, so dass man gut schlafen konnte. Die Wege in der Anlage sind weit, da die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist. Aber ein Supermarkt war ums Eck, das war ok. Der Weg zum Strand auch. Die vielen Menschen verteilen sich auch die meiste Zeit recht gut. Die Anlage selber war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und vielfältig in den Möglichkeiten (Baden, Sport, Wasserpark, Fußballplätze, Minigolf, etc.)

Dass die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche nicht dabei waren, fand ich schade, aber auch nicht weiter schlimm. Aber dass nicht mal Klopapier im Bungalow da war, finde ich sehr kleinlich. Wenn man bei den Verkaufsständen etwas kauft, muss man bißchen schauen. Im Großen und Ganzen fand ich die Preise ok, wenn auch nicht günstig. Wobei in Österreich die Preise ohnedies eher hoch sind, von daher hat es mich nicht geschreckt.

Raj dla dzieci

Byliśmy 3 raz. Wiele atrakcji dla dzieci , plaża piaszczysta i kamieniste. Domki komfortowe, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Mieliśmy domek praktycznie na obrzeżach, cisza i spokój.

Najgorsze, co nas mocno rozczarowało i zniechęciło to zakwaterowanie, staliśmy 3 godziny w pełnym słońcu , z dziećmi , po 11 godzinach jazdy można było zwariować. To było niepoważne, ludzie byli wykończeni. Na plaży piaszczystej w morzu dużo wodorostów, przez co woda nie wyglądała fajnie.

Ceny v kempu šílené. Za malou ledovou tříšť zaplatíte 5,5 €. Všude strašně moc lidí, bazény na takový počet hostů absolu

Čistota ubytování a kempu

Zklamání hned po příjezdu. Čekali jsme na check in 4 hodiny ve frontě na slunci, kde bylo snad 40 stupňů. Slečny odbavily cca 4 rodiny do hodiny! Naprostá neschopnost a arogantní přístup.

Glede na manjše pomanjkljivosti, je bilo bivanje dobro.

Premalo toaletnega papirja. Manjkalo je nekaj kuhinjskih pripomočkov (deska, zajemalka...)

Ni bilo TV, kar smo v ponudbi spregledali. Posteljnino, brisače in kuhinjske krpe moraš prinesti s seboj. Nekaj od tega bi lahko bilo v ponudbi.
