Villa Birikina with Pool

Prachtig compact appartement met uitstekende airco en met aardige hosts en heerlijk zwembad !! Prima restaurant naast het complex.

We stayed at Villa Birikina in Nova vas by Poreč for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The lavender, olive trees, and oleanders create such a peaceful, relaxing, and zen atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Every room has air conditioning even bathroom both bedrooms have a TV, there is a huge TV in the living room, mosquito screens on all windows, a coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with two freezer drawers. The beds were excellent, and we slept very well. The bathroom is also spacious and practical. The apartment also has a lovely little balcony and a terrace shaded by beautiful jasmine vines growing over a trellis, making it the perfect place to relax. The owners are very kind and welcoming. They also run a restaurant next door with outstanding food at very reasonable prices. It was always busy, which speaks for itself and shows how good the food is. Although the property is located next to the main road, the traffic noise was not disturbing at all. If we had to mention one small thing, we missed having an oven and a few more kitchen items for a family of five with a baby, but we managed perfectly well. We would definitely recommend Villa Birikina to others. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering booking it again for next year! 🥰🌊

Appartamento ottimo, pulito ed essenziale. Servizi super: piscina privata, zona barbecue, poi ha un ristorante sotto casa molto consigliato. Anche la zona è buona, vicina a Parenzo e comunque con macchina puoi raggiungere facilmente tutte le zone dell'Istria. Consigliatissimo.

Straßenlärm. Lärm durch die Kühlung der benachbarten Gastwirtschaft. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig (Toaster od. Backrohr wäre schön gewesen). Die Messer haben nicht geschnitten :(
