We had an absolutely delightful time during our stay at the villa. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the the tranquil ambiance that enveloped the entire place. The villa itself was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, providing us with a cozy haven to relax and unwind. The staff's warm hospitality and attentive service truly made us feel pampered. It was evident that they took great pride in ensuring that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. From their friendly greetings to their helpful recommendations, their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience was evident throughout.

While our stay was almost perfect, I must mention a minor setback involving the theft of our baby's toy by other guests. It was disheartening to encounter such behavior, but I believe that focusing on the incredible positives of our stay is more important. The incident did not overshadow the wonderful memories we created during our time at the villa.

Exceptional

Owners were very nice and kind people. They gave us 3 free pizzas at their pizza restaurant as a welcome gesture. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, 2 air-conditioning (both in the living room and the bedroom). Swimming pool was always clean, kids enjoyed it a lot. Porec is also a lovely place, worth to visit.

Superb

Swimming pool is nice and clean, everything is near by, 5 minutes to Poreč center and shopping centre, down the hill and Borik beach in a minut. Apartment is nice and comfy, definitely good deal for the price.😀😀😀😀😎

Excellent stay with very helpfull owners.

The owners where super kind and really made a great effort to make our stay pleasant. The villa a such only has 6 rooms or so and the pool was basically rarely used by alll the rooms at the same time which made it almost like a private pool. The location is only 10 minutes by car to beaches or Porec village. Which makes it a good spot if you have a car. The pizza just next door was also good. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and had a very well thought out equipment, the owners had really made an effort in planning. After our 5 day stay we chosen to extend it with another 3. We were very happy with our stay. Our 9 year old daughter loved the pool.

There was only one thing we didn't like and that was the location close to one of the main roads to Porec which was a bit noisy at some times. Fortunatly the owners had installed good noise isolation. I.e when all the ewindows and bliners where used it was silent.

Appartamento ottimo, pulito ed essenziale. Servizi super: piscina privata, zona barbecue, poi ha un ristorante sotto casa molto consigliato. Anche la zona è buona, vicina a Parenzo e comunque con macchina puoi raggiungere facilmente tutte le zone dell'Istria. Consigliatissimo.

Straßenlärm. Lärm durch die Kühlung der benachbarten Gastwirtschaft. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig (Toaster od. Backrohr wäre schön gewesen). Die Messer haben nicht geschnitten :(

Absolut empfehlenswert:)

Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls die Restaurantbesitzer (direkt nebenan) mit großartiger Küche. Sehr flexibel und freundlich. Wirklich toll!

An der Unterkunft gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Nur die Lage, direkt an der Hauptstraße ist ein kleines Manko. Hat mich persönlich aber nicht sehr gestört.

Schoon en ruim appartement dichtbij Porec

Het zwembad was geweldig, schoon, genoeg ligbedden en parasols. Ruim appartement en voorzien van voldoende airco 's en kastruimte. Zowel op westen als noorden een ruim balkon. Het naastgelegen restaurant is erg goed maar ook handig, je kunt ook afhalen. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

De boiler is qua capaciteit voor 4 personen net te weinig. De keukenuitrusting zou iets uitgebreider kunnen.

Mega Unterkunft

Es war eine mega Unterkunft. Wir hatten das rote Appartement, zu zweit mega. Alles da was man braucht. Sogar Tabs für spülmaschine und Waschmaschine spüli, zwar. Für mich eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir bis jetzt hatten. In jeden Raum eine Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter hatten auch gleich nebenan eine ganz süße Pizzeria. Der Pool und die Anlage außen herum war sehr schön angelegt.An jedem Fenster waren fliegegitter bzw fliegengittertür angebracht. Michaela die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Nebenan ist eine Firma. Ja wir hatten zwar eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wollte aber auch mal gerne ein Fenster nachts offen lassen. Leider brannte von der Firma die ganze nacht ein grelles Licht und ein ständiges brummen .

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist top.

Die Lage an der Straße. Teilweise waren alle Parkplätze durch Besucher der benachbarten Pizzeria belegt.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Eine tolle, super saubere Wohnung und mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen und eine Pizzaria/Bistro betreiben und wo man sehr gut essen kann. Auch ein wunderschöner Pool rundet den perfekten Aufenthalt ab. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Nette Vermieter die direkt nebenan wohnen und immer erreichbar sind. Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt daneben. Die Straße ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu hören und stört so auch nicht. Kleiner Supermarkt ums Eck. Toller Pool bis 22 Uhr nutzbar. Das war sehr angenehm bei den Temperaturen.
