Villa Maxime is a beautiful, modern holiday home in the quiet village of Nova Vas, just 4 kilometers from the beach and a 10-minute drive from Porec. This beautiful villa perfectly combines comfort and elegance and is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The villa is located on a fenced plot of 530 m² and offers a wide range of activities to meet the needs of every guest. A 36 m² outdoor pool, a covered terrace with a dining area, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a sun deck with sun loungers are just some of the elements that complete the outdoor space. Within the fenced property, parking for 3 vehicles with an electric car socket is provided. A small wellness area with a jacuzzi, sauna, shower and sun loungers on the ground floor with access to the pool and garden provides a special experience.
Villa Maxime is spread over two air-conditioned floors with a total area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On the ground floor there is a modernly furnished living room with plenty of natural light entering through large glass walls, an elegant dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, this beautiful villa offers three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has access to a balcony with a torram seating area and panoramic sea views.
Young groups under 26 years of age are not allowed.
