162 RESIDENCY SELAYANG

House very big and comfortable. Suitable for big family, very clean house. Property also provided everything, so easy to cook. Very near to the mall,

Check in process difficult, need to find guard at block A and open the postbox at block B and return the access key card back to the guard at block A. Needs to have guard also at block B so it is easier. The parking allocated needs to have signage so that it is easier to search.

semua lengkap dan tuan rumah sgt baik

luar bangunan nanpak biase je..tapi dlm rumah mmg terbaik

Good

The wifi i guess.. A tom yam restaurant and sundry shops nearby.. Just a walking distance..

Difficult to get the keys on the first day.. I have to wait for someone (fortunately a resident there) to open the lobby entrance for me to get to the letter box where the keys are kept. Perhaps a little bit refreshment would be nice.. Not asking much.. Couple bottles of mineral water and some 3 in one drinks should be enough. No tissues were provided be it on the dinning table or in the bathrooms… Should have a proper and suitable air cond unit in the living room rather than a portable unit which sadly to say not enough to cool the living area.. The location is located above some sort of industrial area.. Noisy at times..
